Policy and Compliance

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data and related personal data in ContentBridge CMS.

01

1. Organization and Policy Availability

Social Media Check is a trading name of SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd. This policy applies to ContentBridge CMS.

This privacy policy is linked from the application homepage and from in-product interface areas so users can access it before and during product use.

This policy is hosted on official domains controlled by our organization and is published specifically for this application.

02

2. Data Accessed (Google User Data)

We request only the minimum Google scopes required for this workflow: `openid`, `profile`, `email`, and `youtube.readonly`.

  • From `openid`, `profile`, and `email`: account identity information used for authentication and account association.
  • From `youtube.readonly`: owned channel metadata, playlist metadata, uploaded video metadata, thumbnails, publish dates, and related read-only fields returned by YouTube Data API endpoints.
03

3. Data Usage Practices

Google user data is used only to deliver the product features requested by the signed-in user.

  • Authenticate the user and establish a secure session.
  • Sync owned YouTube metadata into internal CMS entities (channel, videos, playlists, page models, and embed outputs).
  • Provide search, filtering, mapping, and preview workflows inside the app interface.
  • Operate and secure the service, including troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
04

4. What We Do Not Do With Google User Data

We do not upload, edit, delete, or otherwise mutate YouTube content.

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising targeting.

05

5. Data Storage Practices and Retention

OAuth tokens are handled server-side for authenticated access and token refresh operations.

In the current release, synced CMS content is session-scoped in application runtime and is cleared when the user signs out or refreshes the session.

We retain only data necessary for security, legal compliance, and service operation for the minimum required period.

06

6. Data Sharing Practices

We share data only when required to operate the service or comply with law.

  • Google APIs and Google infrastructure as part of OAuth and YouTube Data API interactions.
  • Service providers that support hosting, monitoring, and security under contractual confidentiality controls.
  • Regulators, courts, or law-enforcement where legally required.
07

7. User Controls

Users can sign out at any time from the app interface.

Users can disconnect Google access; token revocation is attempted on disconnect/sign-out flows.

Users can contact us to request privacy assistance through the channels listed below.

08

8. Security Safeguards

We use HTTPS transport security, scoped OAuth access, server-side token handling, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.

No system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we continuously review and improve controls.

09

9. Policy Changes and Notifications

We keep this policy current. If we materially change how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, or shared, we update this policy before or at rollout.

Material changes are communicated through in-product notifications and/or other appropriate user communication channels.
