These terms govern access to ContentBridge CMS and define responsibilities between users and SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd.

1. Provider and Acceptance
By using this service, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies. The service is provided by SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd, registered in India, with office at Office F-09, Goodworks Infinity Park, 2nd Main Rd, Near 21, Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka, India.

2. Product Scope
ContentBridge CMS provides a read-only workflow to convert owned YouTube metadata into website-focused CMS entities.
The product is designed for content structuring and publishing preparation, not for channel administration.
- No YouTube uploads.
- No YouTube metadata edits or deletions.
- No replacement of YouTube Studio channel-management functions.

3. v1 Operational Limits
This release is v1 and supports manual sync only.
Workspace state is session-only and may be cleared on refresh or sign-out unless exported by the user.
Scheduled sync, persistent CMS storage, and write-back to YouTube are outside this version scope.

4. Account Authority and Security
You must be authorized to connect the Google account and YouTube channel used with this service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for lawful use of exported and generated outputs.

5. Third-Party Dependencies
Service outputs depend on Google and YouTube APIs and may be affected by quota limits, latency, or third-party outages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute completeness of third-party source data.

6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform stability.
- No abuse of authentication, security controls, or request limits.
- No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use.
- No unauthorized copying or redistribution of proprietary software materials.

7. Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd excludes liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from service use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory statutory protections that apply to you.
